Industrial CHP

There are over 350 industrial CHP sites in the UK, ranging in scale from a few MWe to the equivalent size of a conventional power station. These plants provide high value heat in the form of hot water or steam and often electricity too, depending on the needs of the site and its production processes.  Find out more about the use of and potential for industrial CHP by downloading our new report 'Backing industrial productivity | The opportunity for combined heat and power' which includes a map of some key existing and potential new sites.
