Alicja joined the ADE in May 2025 and is now the External Affairs Officer for Heat Networks.
She completed an MA in Politics, and a MSc in Carbon Management at the University of Edinburgh. In her research she worked with local stakeholders, investigating the Just Transition policies at the Grangemouth petrochemical site in Scotland.
Before joining ADE, Alicja worked in the U.S. House of Representatives as part of the Transatlantic Future Leaders Forum scholarship.
In her spare time, she enjoys running, DJing and going to the cinema.
