Aaron is ADE's Interim CEO whilst Caroline Bragg is on maternity leave throughout 2026.
Previously Aaron was ADE's Head of Research, directing ADE's internal ACE-Research unit to deliver expert insight and analysis for stakeholders across the sector, central and local government, our members, and the wider ADE family.
Aaron is a former Civil Servant with nearly two decades' experience working in the heart of Whitehall, where he led work on diverse policy domains including low carbon heat, community energy, local climate action, green infrastructure, and international negotiations in the UNFCCC.
Aaron has an MSc in Climate Change Management and is working on his MA in Public Policy.
