Phil Jones of BLCS Ltd carries out feasibility, strategic review and troubleshooting across Heat Networks, large Heat pumps and CHP. Phil is a visiting Professor at London South Bank University and is a specialist on 4th and 5th generation heat networks. He is the lead author of CIBSE/ADE CP1 (2020) Heat Networks Code of Practice.
